Success Workshop: Building your Brand in the Workplace

What is a "personal brand" and why is it important? How can you develop a personal brand that showcases your diverse background and experience early in your career?

Hear from Jilliene Rodriguez, Associate Dean for Diversity and Community Engagement at the School of International and Public Affairs as she shares her career path and how she has used her personal experience in higher education and public policy to develop her personal brand of inclusion, authenticity, and integrity.

This Success Workshop will be held via Zoom. Registration is required to attend.


This Success Workshop is part of the Graduate Initiative for Inclusion and Engagement. These workshops support graduate students’ transition to the Columbia community. This workshop was designed with students of color and first-generation students in mind, but all students are welcome.
