On Friday, Sept. 22, at 6pm, a screening will be held of "SAM – A SAXON”, the Hulu series based on the true story of Samuel Meffire, East Germany’s first Black police officer.

A panel, moderated by Columbia Journalism School Professor Alexis Clark, and the series actors and producers, is planned to discuss uncovering overlooked stories, policing in marginalized communities, and having representation in front of and behind the camera.
