Tony Maciulis, M.S. ‘00, is an award-winning and Emmy-nominated journalist, media executive, and content consultant whose diverse experience spans from broadcast news to syndication, and from emerging digital platforms to brand campaigns.
He worked for a decade as Katie Couric's producer and collaborator—both at the CBS Evening News and on her syndicated, daytime talk show. Until 2017, he was the Head of News Video at Yahoo, overseeing a large team of digital journalists and producers.
Currently, Tony is producing independently through his company, TonyMac Media. Recent projects include late-night comedy pilots for TBS, live shows for Global Citizen and cancer advocacy work for Entertainment Industry Foundation. He is also serving as executive producer of the new documentary Blow Yo Horn, examining women in the music industry.
